Last time I saw you guys, on the Resurrection tour, you guys played songs from the new cd, like needle and empire but also had the time to play songs like implements of destruction. Are you guys gonna get the time you deserve to play for the people who are only there to see chimaira? Can you headline another tour?

I’m sure everyone would agree THE INFECTION is the most anticipated Chimaira album yet! The spread the infection campaign is an awesome idea, kudos to Spicuzza and the rest of the six-headed beast! Everyone is absolutely hungry for more snippets / a full song / THE ALBUM!

this promotion style is very NIN-like. in my opinion. the difference here: many guys are insanely thrilled like kids on december 25th. Where’s the respect for music? to “That Guy Over There” : LoG you can already hear 2 full-length high-quality tracks, plus live versions of others. And the whole LOGJAM thing gives you snippets of even more, so I think LoG have done a fair bit, Wrath is going to own everything.

Wrath’s serious contender will be The Infection – of which, yes of we will definitely take our time to feel the song, understand it, know it in a way that commercial tweens will never! LoG and Chimaira will outdo themselves in ‘09 and I’m am extremely proud to be an avid fan of both spectacular bands.

I did notice the NIN-qualities of Spread the Infection, it’s awesome, seeing as Mark and Chris are big fans it doesnt surprise me, either way Im seriously lovin the whole visual theme of The Infection, the new logo rules!

You can already download the full version of Lamb of Gods ‘Wrath’. Just listened to it and it’s pritty good, although it’s got nothing on ‘Ashes’ or ‘Palaces’…

Plus, just from hearing the snippits from the codes, I can already tell that ‘Spread the Infection’ is gona own ‘wrath’ imo.

Loving the new logo aswell, if I wasn’t against getting band tattoo’s, I’d get that done for sure.

I heard a good portion of Lamb of God’s new album and I can definitely agree with the guy above when he says The Infection will own Wrath….. The music is good on the album but it sounds like they crossed Randy’s vocals with Mudvayne’s….. not cool, other than that, Adler is a beast on drums…… Chimaira definitely deserve this one in 09′ over Lamb of God.

By the way, I heard people are getting emailed codes from the pics they sent in…. if this is true then where is my code? I was one of the first to post my pic up…. no worries, I’m sure the guys will live up to their word!

Lamb of god was good, and maybe are still good. Their new album is not bad. But they are nothing compared to CHIMAIRA. No one can beat Chimaira, because they are the best. Every album is the masterpiece. And The Infection is going to be the best of all.

to “thebleachrep” I am expecting to LoG to step up to the plate and give us something that will outdo thier previous albums, such as Ashes Of the Wake. However, I am a die hard fan of Chimaira…and I cant stress that enough…so I personally am expecting The Infection to completely out do LoG’s Wrath, so I guess it is all down to time now…when they are both released I will get both and see which is more brutal.

“Wrath” has leaked on demonoid.com. Matched up against other log albums it’s not very good. From what I have heard of the Chimaira album it hits a lot harder which is what I am looking for in my music. Keep up the good work dudes

remember that interview with Mark and MFA…remember Mark saying that one song on this album feels like youve been hit in the head with an axe and your being dragged through the mud for four minutes…so far I feel The Venom Inside is like that…the other track is equally brutal I dont are about LoG that much anymore…like I said..DIE HARD CHIMAIRA FAN….cant be stressed enough…

I just love how there’s buzz about this band. They need it, they deserve it. This is one of the most creative marketing tactics of any band. We should look for more copy cats. I wish I had internet access at home, I’d print a boatload of them flyers. BRING ON APRIL!!

Listened to the whole of Wrath, and if you liked Palaces, Gospel or Ashes, this will make you happy. I personally think it is one of their better, but their best, that’s difficult to claim.
